Who controls website data?
For contact and booking data processed through this website, the controller is Dr. Mohamed Raslan and the clinics operating under his care as the website operators and healthcare providers. If a different legal entity is formally adopted to operate the clinics, this notice must be updated with its official details.
What does the general booking form collect?

Why is the data used?
To arrange the appointment request, contact you for confirmation, secure the website against misuse and meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable. The booking request relies on clear, purpose-specific consent. Certain technical processing needed for security and operation may rely on another lawful basis where permitted by law.
How does booking currently work?
In the current version, the general booking form does not transmit or store the data in a database. It validates the booking details and consent in the browser only. Transmission will be enabled only after a secure booking channel is connected and reviewed legally and technically.
External providers and international processing
The site uses Vercel for technical hosting and the secure booking system when you choose the secure booking system communication. These providers may process technical or message data through global infrastructure outside Egypt. The website operator must complete any contracts, permits or international-transfer requirements required by applicable law before enabling additional backend processing of patient data.
Retention
The website itself does not retain the booking submission in a database in the current version. Booking-only the secure booking system messages are intended to be kept only as long as necessary to coordinate the appointment and reviewed for deletion after that purpose ends, unless the information becomes part of an administrative or medical record that must be retained for care or legal reasons. Technical hosting logs should be configured to the shortest practical period available under the account settings.

Security
We apply data minimization and do not request sensitive medical information in the general booking form. Encrypted transport and hosting-level security controls are used. No electronic channel can guarantee absolute security, so do not send medical reports or images through general channels unless the care team directs you to an appropriate channel.
Children and minors
The booking form is intended for adults or a parent/legal guardian acting for a minor. A minor should not submit personal data independently through the general form.
Cookies and analytics
The current site does not intentionally use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. If measurement or advertising technology is added later, this notice must be updated and an appropriate consent mechanism implemented before non-essential technologies are activated.
Privacy contact
For a privacy request, use the contact channel published on the website and state “privacy request” without sending medical details. Limited information may be requested to verify identity before fulfilling a request.
